Is “Instagrammable” even a word? Who knows, whatever let’s just roll with it. Need to know where everyone goes to get the classic Bali vacay photos? Click the link below
This newest addition to Uluwatu is my prediction to become one of the most popular spots for all travellers in Bali. I was lucky enough to be invited to visit prior to the venue opening to the public and I 10 outta 10 recommend. There are literally hundreds of cool spots here for photos, plus the drinks menu is unreal and whilst you’re there make sure you get your hands on the sliders OHHHMMYGODDDD YUM!
You can check out Omnia’s website here.
Ok so just a warning, these swings are quite high and slightly scary, something that didn’t occur to me until I turned up (whoops). I’m not going to lie, this place is a bit of a tourist nightmare but if you want the cool swing photo then you just have to suck it up and deal with it. Its $35 USD to get in which gives you access to all of the swings (I think they have 5), and the bird nests and other photo opps, as well as some food and drink. The problem with this place is you just turn up and then basically line up and wait your turn at each swing, I was apparently unlucky and happened to go when it was super busy so I had to wait in line for every single swing and it felt like I was there forever. Buuuut in saying that you do get some cool photos like my ones below.
The Bali Swing website is here.
The Colony Hotel
I’ve blogged about this hotel before, if you want to have a read click here. I’ve seen so many insta shoots happen here, its literally perfect for photos.
Ulun Danu Bratan Temple
If you’re going to visit here make sure you go early, it gets super busy with tourists. This is where you will find the temple on the water, its stunning in real life and I’m so glad I got to see it during my last trip.
If you have Instagram I’m sure you would’ve seen Sea Circus before. Its the brightly coloured cafe that everyone loves! You can get cute photos out front, and also inside (the bathrooms are also super adorable). The tables are perfect for food shots, plus the whole menu is yum so you’d be silly not to eat whilst you’re there (try the tacos).
More on Sea Circus here.
This is supposed to be a top 5 list so I’ll leave it there, but as a bonus you should add Mrs Sippy to your list
As always let me know your thoughts in the comments.
